Why am I HERE now?

You regain your vision inside your house. It is jumping and festive as always. The Megas are partying, sitting back, and waiting for Christmas to come. Mega Raichu turns off the TV and sighs heavily. Mega Ampharos sits on the floor next to the couch, Playing Mario on her Game Boy. She turns it off.
"What's up, Rai?" she asks.
"Gawd. I shouldn't have snapped at MM that way." he admits.
"You're still not over that?" Amphie replies.
"How CAN I get over that? Mega Mewtwo is going to miss Christmas!!"
"I'm telling you, Rai, she'll be back. I know MM -- I'm her best friend. I don't think she'd be able to stand not opening her presents." Amphie reassures him.
"Yea, but who knows. What if she's being hounded by trainers?" Rai thinks aloud.
'I know how that feels,' you muse.
"RAI -- "
"Or what if she got herself tossed in jail for a bank robbery or something like that?"
You blush. Is he like, a mind hacker or something?
"That's silly. Would MM rob a bank?" Amphie asks, rolling her eyes. Mega Dragonite sits down next to her.
"No, but long toes the onion sucker would." Drag jokes.
"DRAG!!" Amphie and Rai both yell simultaneously.
"Whaaaat?" Drag shrugs them off.
"Don't worry Rai. I bet MM is off having lots of fun somewhere." Amphie assures him.
"Without ME? I'm the DEFINITION of fun!!" Drag adds.
"Yeah, when you're not being an annoyance." Rai tells Drag off.
"She's probably at a Theme Park or something." Amphie figures.
"I just hope it's not the Theme Park in the sky." Rai tells her.
