I remember the days when I was considered the princess of the Zafania Royal family, and now I look back on those days and laugh. I was treated like I was some sort of high ranked goddess, which I loved because I am better than one, but then there was the taunting of my servants. I always knew they were disgusted with me and were pretending to love me, and their cold, fake smiles pretruded through me every day of my life like demons. I was getting fed up with being a princess. So one day I fled from the castle of Zafania. I still look back on the days when I would laugh with a Gelert that I found abandoned in the water grotto outside the castle. I used to play dress up with her and play games with her, but my parents, the king and queen, ordered me to get rid of her because they didn't like the Gelerts. You see, there were wars fought between Zafaras and Gelerts, as well as Aishas, about 1,000 years ago. My parents hadn't gotten over that, even then!! My parents never spent time with me, and whenever I'd find a friend like the Gelert, they'd order me not to hand around with that friend. When they made me send the Gelert away to a girl in the Evil Forest of Neopia, It was the last straw. The boy who was supposed to send the Gelert to the girl was killed, but the girl still got her Gelert and came to thank us. That night, I moved my dresser away to reveal a secret trapdoor, and escaped through it. I hope my parents were sorry the way I was when I lost my Gelert friend. Now I lie to my friends that I was abandoned by a neglectant owner. Out of the whole group, I know that I am the most sensible and well groomed Neopet. I'm beautiful, smart, popular, and I ususally don't take kindly to Pets of a lower rank than I. I know they won't like this, but I must say that I'm oh so much better than _Tikal_. I'm not a scrawny wreck like Fisagon either. The only one in the group who is even CLOSE to my rank is Raibolt (who I know HAS to be attracted to a hottie like moi). Even Raibolt is a big freak though. I heard he played Dungeons & Dragons when he was a kid. You chould say I have a crush on the nerd, but don't get any ideas. I'm still cooler than any Neopet out there. I'm even better than Aeris11 the...um, human. The others should really learn that I should be the leader instead of Raibolt. I'm more leaderly. Once I get that Shoyru to fall for me, I'll take his place as leader of the Darkness Shadows.....maybe this will all tie in to a better life for me.
