Pika Power I

Through sleet,
and sludge,
and gust,
and pain,
he makes it through
the heavy rain.

His eyes glisten in the sun,
and so he thinks
his journey's done.

An Ekans appears,
mad as can be.
The Pikachu growls,
right back at he.

The Ekans uses poison sting;
the Pikachu glares
right at that thing.

The Pika shouted out in pain --
you know what they say,
no pain no gain!

Thundershock was now at hand,
the thunder came and lit the land.
The Ekans, well, he fainted down,
then Pikachu knocked him outta town.

Pikachu smiled as Ekans ran,
faster than a Nidoran.

And so he walked out,
through the sun,
but still his journey
had just begun!
