So what's up with Growl? It's not supposed to do damage. So how come I was battling Gary's Charmeleon with my Ivysaur, and Charmeleon used Growl and it killed Ivysaur? Is Gary using Gameshark? Gameshark Gary?

Charmander loses to Pidgey...............Confused!

I just don't get it! How in the world does a Pidgey's Sand Attack confuse you? (My Charmander isn't traded) I was walking in the grass above Pallet Town and I came across a Pidgey at level 5. Then I used Scratch, and it took about half of it's energy. Then he used Gust. Next I used Scratch and it had a little bit of energy left, so it used Sand Attack, and instead of saying that Charmander's accuracy fell, it said that he was confused. I used Scratch but hit myself and then Pidgey used Gust and Charmander fainted (I wish I had pokeballs to catch that strange Pidgey...............)
