This Pokemon lives in the depths of the sewers. Every full moon, one of them comes up and mumifies a Poliwhirl in toilet paper, then drags them to the sewers to be turned into one of them. But, when a stronger Pokemon strikes, the Swirlywhirl's only defense is a roll of toilet paper. They make great decorations for Halloween. Moves:
